2. How is the "regional" regional coefficient determined?
"Regional" coefficients are defined as the maximum of the current "precinct" regional coefficients of the region.
3. Why is the transition to "regional" coefficients being carried out in stages?
An additional wage fund is required for a one-time transition to "regional" coefficients. The Company expects to incur a loss this year, and therefore a decision has been made to begin a phased transition to "regional" coefficients.
4. In how many stages is the transition to "regional" coefficients planned?
The transition to "regional" coefficients is carried out in two stages:
Stage 1 - from July 1, 2022;
Stage 2 – the transition to “regional” coefficients will be completed on October 15, 2022.
5. How is the transition to “regional” coefficients planned?
Regional coefficients within one region will be gradually increased to the level of the maximum current “precinct” coefficient of the region. For example: two “precinct” coefficients are in effect in the region (1.15, 1.25). In this case, the “precinct” coefficient of 1.15 will be increased from October 15, 2022 to a single “regional” coefficient for the entire territory of the region - 1.25.
6. Why is the transition to “regional” coefficients being carried out?
The transition to “regional” coefficients will ensure a single regional coefficient within one region, which eliminates the difference in the level of wages of employees for identical positions in this region.
7. How much will wages increase?
The increase in wages will depend on the level of the current "district" coefficients and the maximum regional coefficient established for each region, respectively, a more significant increase in wages will be in those sections of the region where the lowest current "district" coefficient is applied. For more detailed information, please contact the HR department at your place of work.
8. When will employees receive wages taking into account the "regional" coefficient?
The phased transition begins on July 1 of this year, respectively, wages for the month of July will be calculated taking into account the "regional" coefficient of the first stage.
9. How will the transition to "regional" coefficients affect the amount of additional payments and allowances?
Additional payments and allowances are calculated on the employee's tariff rate in the established amount, when switching to the "regional" coefficient, the amount of the employee's tariff rate will increase, accordingly, the amount of additional payments and allowances will increase proportionally.
10. Will the innovation affect administrative staff?
The innovations will affect administrative and production personnel who are on the tariff system of remuneration (lags).
11. The media announced that previously carried out measures allowed to increase the level of salaries of the Company's production personnel by 41% compared to last year's figure, what does this mean?
The average salary for 5 months of 2022 increased by 41% compared to the same period last year, due to the following previously carried out measures:
1. double increase in 2021 from January 1 by 10% and from July 1 by 10%;
2. one-time increase in tariff rates from January 1, 2022 - differentiated depending on the group of categories (for example, from 2 to 9 categories there was a fixed increase of 40 thousand tenge, etc.).
