The implementation of the unified policy on the provision of charitable assistance to the group of companies of "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC is carried out by the Fund for the Development of Social Projects "Samruk-Kazyna Trust". 

The mission of the Foundation is to contribute to the improvement of the socio-economic life of the population and prosperity of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

"Samruk-Kazyna Trust", adhering to the principles of legality, equality, voluntariness and publicity, implements charitable projects in the following areas:

• Assistance to people, communities in the social and medical sector;

• Development of media, cultural community, human potential development, strengthening of labor relations and investments in sustainable development of society;

• Implementation of regional social investment programs in the regions where the Samruk-Kazyna Group of Companies operates.

Along with this, the Company implements programs aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, implementing youth policy, helping vulnerable segments of the population, poor citizens and others through corporate volunteering.

As part of the year of the volunteer in 2020, the volunteers of JSC NC KTZ implemented the program "2020 Noble Deeds" and performed 4830 good deeds. Railway workers helped more than 1,500 low-income and large families. Over 350 actions of kindness affected pensioners and about 300 children. Assistance was provided to almost 1,900 participants of the Great Patriotic War. More than 500 railway workers became participants of the Zhenis project and within its framework, in 2020 and 2021, conducted more than 4,000 raids in 35 cities and districts of the country. 

The Company implements such charity projects as "Let's get children to school", "Christmas Tree of Children's Wishes", "Social Coal", actions aimed at pensioners living alone, special children of employees, etc. 

In 2022, as part of the "Let's Get Children to School" campaign, 1,650 school sets with stationery were handed over for the children of employees raising 3 or more school children and living at 3rd, 4th, 5th grade stations and traveling.

Also, employees of KTZ – Cargo Transportation LLP took part in a blood donation campaign. By the Victory Day and the Day of Transport Workers, home front workers and industry veterans were visited with the delivery of food baskets. On the Day of the Elderly, more than 70 pensioners of the partnership were congratulated and presented with memorable gifts. 

On the eve of the Nauryz holiday, employees of the Akmola branch of the State Enterprise held a charity fair. All proceeds were transferred to a family that is raising a special child. On Health Day, April 7, a donation campaign was held. 

A charity fair was also held in the Almaty branch of the State Enterprise.

On Victory Day and Transport Workers' Day, employees of Passenger Transportation JSC visited pensioners of the industry, veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers, presenting them with gifts and food baskets. 

Employees of KTZ Express JSC  planted pear seedlings on the territory of the Maternity and Childhood Center in Astana. Assistance was also provided to pensioners on the farm, cleaning the territory, cleaning garbage. 

On a monthly basis, employees of Kaztemirtrans JSC provide assistance to the Society of the Blind in the form of purchasing food, basic necessities, physical and material assistance. 

KTT employees also work closely with the Club of Good People. On an ongoing basis, they provide assistance to their colleagues who have special children.
