Joint Stock Company «National Company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» informs that in accordance with the protocol of the State Commission on Economic Modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03/19/2024 No.11-03/07-1357, by order of the Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ dated 06/11/2024 No. 10-C, a decision was approved to change the level of tariffs for regulated mainline railway network services within price limits.
In accordance with the order, a lowering index was established for tariffs for regulated services of the Ministry of Agriculture in the amount of 0.42 for transportation in oil tanks according to the positions of ETSNG 201005 - Crude oil, GNG 27090090 - Crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous rocks, others in the export direction along the route Makhambet – Aktau-Port (transshipment, export) and in case of an empty return from unloading the specified cargo in the opposite direction.
The downward indices will be applied from September 01 of this year and are valid until December 31, 2024.
These changes will be implemented in the DKR automated control System and the AGKR Automated Control System

“Joint Stock Company “National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” informs about changes in the approved tariff for regulated services of mainline railway networks for the period 2024-2025 in accordance with subparagraphs 4) and 9-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Natural Monopolies” on changes in the approved investment program in connection with the implementation of state programs and (or) national projects, as well as documents of the state planning system, and on changes in the average monthly nominal wage of one employee by type of economic activity in the region (city), established according to statistics for the year .
Changes in the level of tariffs and tariff estimates for regulated BRN services were approved by orders of the Chairman of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2024 No. 53-OD and May 31, 2024 No. 58-OD “On amendments to the order of the Chairman of the Committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2020 No. 70-OD “On approval of the joint stock company “National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” of tariffs, tariff estimates of price limits for regulated services of main railway networks for 2021-2025” with the introduction effective from June 4, 2024.
The level of tariffs for regulated BRN services when transporting socially important food products has not been changed and operates at the approved level.
We inform you that this change in the approved tariff for regulated BRN services is aimed at increasing social stability in the labor collectives of NC KTZ JSC, as well as at implementing the Concept for the development of transport and logistics potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030.”

Joint Stock Company “National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” informs about changes in the approved tariff for regulated services for the transmission of electrical energy for 2024-2025 in accordance with subparagraphs 1) and 9-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Natural Monopolies” in connection with changes in the cost of electrical energy as a strategic product for subjects of natural monopolies in the field of transmission of electrical energy and changes in the average monthly nominal salary of one employee by type of economic activity in the region (city), established according to statistics for the year.
Based on the order of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 2024 No. 46-OD, changes were made to the order of the Committee for the Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2020 No. 68-OD and tariffs for services were approved for the transmission of electrical energy for 2021-2025 with the commissioning of:
for 2021 – 1.91 tenge per kWh excluding VAT;
for 2022 – 2.17 tenge per kWh excluding VAT;
for 2023 – 2.43 tenge per kWh excluding VAT;
for 2024 from January 1 – 2.46 tenge per kWh excluding VAT;
for 2024 from May 1 – 3.25 tenge per kWh excluding VAT;
for 2025 – 3.66 tenge per kWh excluding VAT.

The downward indices will be applied from April 12 of this year and are valid until December 31, 2024.
These changes will be implemented in the DKR automated control System and the AGKR Automated Control System.

Joint Stock Company «National Company «Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» informs that in accordance with the protocol of the State Commission on Economic Modernization of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/23/2024 No.11-03/B-270 kbp-2, by order of the Acting Chairman of the Board of JSC NC KTZ dated 03/19/2024 No. 6-C, a decision was approved to amend the level of tariffs for regulated services of the mainline railway network within the price limits.
In accordance with the order, a lowering index was established for tariffs for regulated services of the Ministry of Agriculture in the amount of 0.20 for the transportation of ferrous metal cargoes (ETSNG 323-324) in the export direction in wagons along the routes:

Zhanaaul - the departure of Dina Nurpeisova (export)
Zhanaaul - Bolashak (export)
Zhanaaul - Elimai (export)
Janaaul - Petropavlovsk (export)

Zhanaaul - Dostyk (export).
The downward indices will be applied from April 04 of this year and are valid until December 31, 2024.

Joint Stock Company «National Company» Kazakhstan Temir Zholy» in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 21, 2023 No. 129-OD announces the approval of temporary compensation tariffs for regulated services in the field of access roads in the absence of a competitive access road of the Joint Stock company «National Company» Kazakhstan in 2023, from November 1 until the cancellation of this order:

- for the service of providing an access road for the passage of rolling stock in the absence of a competitive access road in the amount of 150,78 tenge per wagon/km (without VAT);

- on the provision of an access road for shunting, loading and unloading, other technological operations of the transportation process, as well as for the parking of rolling stock not provided for by technological operations of the transportation process, in the absence of a competitive access road in the amount of 50,36 wagon/ hour (without VAT).

NC “JSC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” notifies of a change in the tariff before its expiration for electricity transmission services for 2021-2025 due to a change in the cost of electricity as a strategic commodity for subjects of natural monopolies in the field of electricity transmission.
