Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan develop freight transportation

A working meeting was held between Yelzhas Otynshiyev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy", and Azamat Sakiyev, Head of the SE "NC "Kyrgyz Temir Zholy".

The main item on the agenda was the discussion of the current state and development prospects of bilateral cooperation in the field of rail freight transportation. During the negotiations, the parties noted the positive dynamics of trade and economic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasizing that rail transport plays a key role in ensuring stable trade turnover.

The parties outlined a number of strategic steps for the further development of freight transportation.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed mutual interest in the long-term strengthening of partnership ties.
