Young railway workers told students about their experience working at KTZ

A meeting of students and graduates of 2023-2024 with representatives of the KTZ HR Management Department and participants of the corporate project "100 young faces of KTZ" was held at the ALT College.

During the event, young specialists talked about the social life of the company, career opportunities and prospects for professional growth at KTZ. They also shared their own experience of working in specialized departments and talked about key aspects of their activities.

Particular attention was paid to the development program for young specialists "Zhas Temir". Railway workers encouraged students to actively participate in the program, the main goal of which is to train qualified personnel taking into account the strategic development of the company and the implementation of best mentoring practices.

Selection to the program is carried out on a competitive basis and includes five stages. Its key advantage is the accelerated development of young specialists under the guidance of individual mentors - experienced KTZ employees. The program includes three rotations of four months in various divisions of the company.

At the end of the meeting, students were given information leaflets with detailed information on the terms of participation in the program.

KTZ continues to actively develop human resources and involve young people in the development of the country's transport industry.
