In the first half of the year, the KTZ network recorded growth in export shipments

According to current data, 150.1 million tons of cargo were transported in the first 6 months of 2025, which is 4% more than in the same period in 2024.
Export shipments demonstrate steady growth — the volume of exports increased by 9%. In particular, the growth of grain exports was recorded — by 65%, construction materials — by 37%, vegetable oil — by 27%, fertilizers — by 16%, coal — by 14%, oil — by 9% and compound feed — by 4.7 times.
Among the key shippers that showed the greatest growth in exports were: ERG Group of Companies (+8%), Bogatyr Komir LLP (+19%), Qarmet JSC (+12%), Kazsphosphate LLP (+31%), Kazzinc LLP (+23%), Saryarka ENERGY LLP (+83%), Shubarkol Premium JSC (3-fold growth), Karazhyra JSC (+38%).
In June of this year, JSC Shubarkol Komir set a new record for coal loading for export - 841 thousand tons, which is 26% higher than the average monthly figure for 2025. The record was achieved thanks to the coordinated work of railway workers and participants in the transportation process.
