Prevention of unauthorized persons entering the railway is under the control of KTZ

KTZ continues its systematic work to prevent accidents at railway infrastructure facilities.

In the first half of 2025, 1,664 explanatory talks were held with residents of settlements located near the railway. Over 16.7 thousand people took part in the events. 950 meetings on the topic "Railway - a high-risk zone" were organized in educational institutions, covering over 27 thousand students.

As part of the prevention of unauthorized persons entering the tracks, 98 meetings of coordination councils were held with the participation of representatives of the transport prosecutor's office, police, regulatory authorities and specialized services.

Together with the LOVD, VZhDO and NZhS, 1,557 raids were conducted in places of unauthorized crossings. Explanatory talks were held with violators. 526 warning signs have been installed and updated.

Locomotive crews promptly transmit information about unauthorized persons and livestock near the tracks to oncoming trains, train dispatchers and station attendants so that timely measures can be taken.
