Over 20 thousand tickets issued through the National Carrier service "Train + Train"

Over 20 thousand tickets were issued by passengers for the National Carrier trains, using the travel service with a transfer "Train + Train". The service is available on the official website bilet.railways.kz and allows you to automatically select routes when there are no seats on direct trains or there is no direct connection.

To use the service, just go to the site, specify the departure and destination stations. The system will automatically offer convenient travel options with a transfer and allow you to immediately issue a ticket. In addition, passengers can simultaneously purchase tickets for buses on the site, which makes the trip even more comfortable.

This service is part of a large-scale project to implement a hub system of suburban transportation, which is being gradually developed by JSC "Passenger Transportation".

The hub system is already showing its first results today. A striking example is the Astana-Borovoye route, where the Burabay Express train runs, the schedule of which is synchronized with the schedule of the resort and hotels, which makes the trip more comfortable for vacationers.

In the future, the hub system will be expanded to other regions of the country. The next stage is planned from 2026 - the integration of suburban and long-distance routes. Due to the synchronization of schedules and optimization of parking, transfers will become even more convenient, and the total travel time will be reduced. The project is being implemented with the participation of international specialists from DB Engineering & Consulting, which allows us to apply the best world practices for the development of the transport system of Kazakhstan.
