New function on the National Carrier website billet.railways.kz

"Passenger Transportation" JSC announces a new function on the website billet.railways.kz, aimed at increasing passenger awareness when issuing tickets. 

Now, when purchasing and booking tickets for passenger trains with three-tiered sleeping places - No. 23/24 "Aktobe - Almaty", No. 33/34 "Aktobe - Almaty", as well as No. 614/613 "Uralsk - Mangystau" - a pop-up notification will be displayed informing about the availability of a third berth in reserved seat carriages. When choosing a seat on the third berth, an additional window will appear with confirmation:

"Dear passenger! The seat you have selected is the third berth. If you agree, click "OK".

In addition, when choosing a train on the website billet.railways.kz, passengers will be able to view a video review of the carriage, which clearly shows the presence and location of the third shelves.

The introduction of this function gives passengers the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the layout of the carriage in advance and receive all the necessary information before completing the purchase of a ticket, which helps to avoid possible inconveniences during the trip.
