KTZ discussed new initiatives in the field of remuneration, personnel assessment and employee training

KTZ held a conference call in the format of an information session chaired by the Director of the Human Resources Management Department Alikhan Kraubayev. The event was attended by managers and HR specialists of the regional and network levels of the company.

At the information session, KTZ Senior HR Business Partner Asel Aktau presented innovations in the field of remuneration and new tools for motivating employees. In particular, it was emphasized that in recent years the company has done significant work to increase the level of wages. Thus, over the past five years, employee incomes have increased by 2.7 times, including 7% in 2025, and one-time payments for length of service have been introduced. Employees who have worked for the company for 10 years or more will receive a one-time cash reward of 100 thousand tenge, 20 years or more - 200 thousand tenge, 30 years or more - 300 thousand tenge. These payments will be annual.

Karina Kireyeva, Chief Manager of the Human Resources Management Department, spoke about setting goals for employees of regional and line divisions. During the presentation, it was noted that the KPIs of supervising managers should cascade down vertically and be focused on improving production efficiency, ensuring safety and employee satisfaction.

The results of work in the field of employee training and development for 2024, as well as plans for 2025, were presented by Alma Saulebaeva, HR business partner of NC KTZ JSC. She emphasized the importance of further cooperation with educational institutions in the regions and strengthening career guidance work among high school students.

At the end of the event, Alikhan Kraubayev noted that the  company will continue to implement comprehensive measures to improve HR processes, increase the efficiency of personnel and create comfortable working conditions. Heads of regional branches were instructed to conduct explanatory work on the implementation of new initiatives and take measures aimed at reducing staff turnover, improving working conditions, ensuring social stability and strengthening interaction with teams.
