The train will start its route, more than 21 thousand kilometers long, from the village of Turysh in the Beineu district of the Mangistau region. This is the first village out of 123 stations that it plans to visit.

The "clinic on wheels" will cover all regions of the country with its work. A 1-2 day stop will be made at each station. During this time, a therapist, a trauma surgeon, a cardiologist, an ultrasound doctor, an otolaryngologist, a neurologist, a pediatrician, an obstetrician-gynecologist, an ophthalmologist, a urologist, a dentist-therapist, a radiologist, a functional diagnostics doctor and a psychologist will examine all residents who have applied, including those who do not have compulsory health insurance. For a complete health diagnosis, the carriages are equipped with equipment for blood tests, gastroscopy, ultrasound, ECG, fluorography and other examinations.

Together with the doctors, mediators and lawyers will go on the journey. Residents can contact them on legal and civil issues.

The Salamatty Kazakhstan project has been implemented since 2010. During this time, doctors have conducted more than 3.8 million examinations of 763 thousand Kazakhstanis.
