Coal export loading by rail reaches historic record

In June 2025, a new record for the transportation of Shubarkol Komir JSC coal for export was set on the KTZ network — 841 thousand tons, which is 26% higher than the average monthly figure for the current year. Record volumes were made possible thanks to the coordinated work of railway workers and all participants in the transportation process.

In total, 1.2 million tons of coal were transported during the month, which is 11.1% more than the same period last year. 326 thousand tons of coal were transported across the territory of Kazakhstan.
