A Best Practices Train Safety Competition Kicks Off in Astana

A three-day operational safety competition for NC KTZ JSC employees, "Best Practices in Train Safety," began today in the capital. Twelve teams from across the country are participating.

On the first day, participants will present their innovative ideas and technical solutions aimed at improving operational safety.

The second day will feature training on "Traffic Safety Culture – Our Foundation" and practical exercises: the business game "Connection" and group work "5 Steps to Achieve Your Goal."

The final day will feature case studies, the intellectual game "Safety Experts," a summing up, and an awards ceremony for the best.

The goal of the competition is to share experiences, develop a safety culture, and implement best practices into the daily work of railway workers.
