Over 36 thousand cubic meters of snow were removed from the tracks railway workers in two days

For the prompt cleaning of the railway track, 88 trips of snow removal equipment were made, with the help of which more than 25 thousand kilometers of track were cleared. 3,658 track fitters were involved in cleaning the switches and removing snow from the shafts.

Operational services were on duty around the clock. The condition of the track, contact network and equipment were under increased control.

In the conditions of snowfall and blizzard, the measures taken ensured the uninterrupted operation of rail transport.
