A chatbot on health resort treatment has been created for railway workers

The branch of JSC NC KTZ - the Trunk Network Directorate has launched the Telegram bot "TsZhS-Komek" for employees. The bot was developed jointly with the Automation and Digitalization Directorate.
On the channel, you can find up-to-date information on health resort treatment, the names of medical procedures, the availability of quotas and get a list of the necessary documents for issuing a voucher. In addition, the chatbot allows employees to quickly contact the supervising HR specialist and take a satisfaction survey.
- We hope that this modern solution will improve interaction with our employees, providing them with a quick and convenient way to access information, - noted the general manager of the Human Resources Management Department of the Trunk Network Directorate, Kyrmyzy Makhamedzhanova.
