The grand opening of the 14th National Youth Forum of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy took place in Astana. The event brought together over 250 young, top professionals from across the country, uniting ambitious and active representatives of Kazakhstan's national railway carrier.

Opening the forum, KTZ management emphasized the key role of youth in the development of the industry, emphasizing the importance of engaging young people in transformation processes, innovative projects, and the company's strategic initiatives.

The forum served as a platform for open dialogue, exchange of experience, and inspiration. The program included sessions with top managers, expert master classes, motivational meetings, and presentations of youth projects that are already contributing to the efficiency and sustainability of the railway industry.

KTZ NC JSC continues to strengthen its corporate culture, invest in the development of young talent, and create all the conditions for their professional growth, remaining true to the principle: "Strong youth - strong KTZ."

A key feature of the 14th KTZ Republican Youth Forum was the participation of an international delegation—representatives of youth organizations of railway companies from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, and Armenia. This gives the forum a special status and highlights the growing importance of youth dialogue in the Eurasian region. This international participation opens new horizons for sharing experiences, developing joint initiatives, and strengthening friendly ties between future leaders of the transport industry.
