JSC NC KTZ has successfully implemented and maintains an environmental management system that complies with the international standard ISO 14001. The first certification took place in 2011.

Every year, the Company's environmental management system undergoes an external audit to confirm compliance with ISO 14001 requirements.

The last recertification audit conducted in 2023 by the auditors of the certification body LLC Firm Intersertifica-TUF together with TUF Thuringen confirmed the compliance of the Company's environmental management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2015 "Environmental Management Systems".

In order to assess the compliance of the management system of the KTZ NC Group of companies with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001, internal audits are conducted annually by trained experts of KTZ NC JSC. According to the results of the audit in 2023, the full compliance of the system with international standards was confirmed. In 2024, 3 inconsistencies were identified during the audit, and 2 recommendations were developed to eliminate them. According to international standards, any discrepancy is a potential for improvement. For each violation, work was carried out to analyze the causes, and corrective action plans were developed and implemented.
