We hereby inform you that, pursuant to the court decision, M.M. Zhunusov, Director of the Pavlodar Branch of JSC «NC «KTZ» – «Pavlodar Mainline Network», and Kh.K. Soltanov, Head of the Pavlodar Power Supply Distance of the Pavlodar Branch of JSC «NC «KTZ» – «Pavlodar Mainline Network», were found guilty of committing a corruption-related offense.
In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their employment contracts were terminated effective 13 April 2026.
The Management of of JSC «NC «KTZ» condemns and considers the actions of M.M. Zhunusov and Kh.K. Soltanov unacceptable. Such negative incidents tarnish the honorable profession of a railway worker.
