"Temirzholsu" finalizes preparation of facilities for winter

Temirzholsu JSC (a subsidiary of NC KTZ JSC) has completed 15 out of 17 planned measures to prepare its production facilities for the 2026–2027 heating season.

The primary work on preparing boiler plants, administrative and production buildings, heating systems, heat and water supply networks, pumping stations, reservoirs, and water towers has been completed. Machinery and equipment have been prepared for winter operations, and personnel have been provided with seasonal workwear and have undergone the necessary training.

Fuel procurement and supply efforts are currently ongoing. More than 4.6 thousand tons of coal have already been delivered, and a 30-day reserve of fuel oil (mazut) totaling 305 tons has been established.

"Temirzholsu" also supplies coal to the structural divisions and subsidiaries of KTZ. Out of the total volume exceeding 68.7 thousand tons, over 35 thousand tons (or 51%) have already been shipped. This includes more than 10.9 thousand tons of domestic coal and over 24.3 thousand tons of industrial-grade coal.

To inspect the readiness of the facilities, the management of Temirzholsu JSC conducted working visits to the regions. Specialists inspected sites in Almaty, Taldykorgan, Ushtobe, Dostyk, Shu, Taraz, Balkhash, Karaganda, Aktobe, Shymkent, Pavlodar, Ereymentau, and Ayagoz.

Based on the results of these inspections, the necessary corrective measures were determined, and their execution has been placed under strict monitoring.

Operations will continue until the preparation of all facilities is fully completed and the required fuel reserves for the heating season are fully formed.
