Social Support: New Affordable Housing Program Launches for Railway Workers

JSC NC KTZ together with Otbasy Bank is launching the first phase of an affordable housing program aimed at improving the living conditions of company employees. The initiative will offer preferential housing options, with priority given to production personnel—employees working on the line and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of the railway.

Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ, reviewed the progress of the housing project and emphasized the priority of social support for industry workers. The first phase, starting in 2026, will cover the cities of Karaganda, Pavlodar, Semey, Kostanay, and Astana, which experience high employee turnover and a shortage of railway specialists.

The initiative is expected to make a significant contribution to the company's social policy, increase employee motivation, and facilitate professional development and retention.
