A railway worker from Kurort-Borovoye celebrated her 100th birthday

In Kurort-Borovoye, Maria Ilyinichna Evstigneeva, a former chief accountant of the locomotive depot, was congratulated on her 100th birthday. The railway veteran dedicated nearly 40 years to the industry. She joined the locomotive depot in 1941 and retired in 1981.

Representatives of the Regional Veterans Council, the trade union committee, and the HR department of the Kurort-Borovoye locomotive depot came to congratulate the centenarian. Maria Ilyinichna was presented with gifts and wished health and happiness.

The guests noted her remarkable vital energy and activity. Despite her advanced age, Maria Ilyinichna continues to take care of household chores on her own. Order and cleanliness reign in her home.

Paintings hold a special place in the house - they were painted by Maria Ilyinichna's husband, who worked as a train driver at the depot for many years. Each of them preserves a piece of family history.

During her years of work on the railway, Maria Ilyinichna contributed greatly to the life of the depot team. Today, colleagues and industry veterans continue to keep in touch with her and congratulate her on major milestones.
