Railway station modernization continues in Zhetysu region

The modernization of railway stations continues in the Zhetysu region. Renovation work is underway at Ushtobe, Lepsy, Saryozek, Beskol, Zhaipak, and Dostyk stations. Upgrades have already been completed at the Taldykorgan, Koktuma, and Akshi stations.
Murat Toregeldin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ, inspected the progress of the region's station modernization. During his visit to Saryozek and Ushtobe stations, he reviewed the pace and quality of the construction and installation works.
Following the inspection, contracting organizations were instructed to accelerate the pace of work, arrange two-shift operations, increase the number of workers and machinery on-site, and ensure continuous monitoring of the assigned tasks.
A working meeting was also held in Taldykorgan with Alibek Zhakanbayev, Deputy Akim of the Zhetysu Region. The participants discussed the progress of the railway station modernization, current issues, and future plans. Special attention was paid to the need to increase the number of workers and machinery at the sites to complete the work within the scheduled deadlines.
The modernization of the stations aims to create modern and comfortable conditions for passengers. The deadlines and quality of work execution remain under continuous control.
