Prohibited Activities on Trains: A Reminder of Rules

Passenger Transportation JSC reminds passengers of the rules of conduct on long-distance trains and strictly prohibited actions aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of all travelers.
Prohibited Activities on Trains:
1. Traveling Without a Ticket
Passengers are prohibited from entering a carriage without a valid ticket. Conductors have the right to request a ticket at any time. Without a ticket, passengers will be disembarked from the train at the next station.
2. Transporting Children Without Supporting Documents
Transporting children without identification documents or proof of parental affiliation is not permitted. Passengers without the necessary documents may be denied boarding.
3. Carrying Unchecked Baggage Without Prepayment
Carrying baggage exceeding the established limits (more than 35 kg per passenger) without prepayment and a valid document is prohibited. 4. Transporting Animals Without Appropriate Documents
Transporting animals without proper veterinary documentation is strictly prohibited. Passengers without the necessary documents will be denied boarding.
5. Smoking on the Train
Smoking is strictly prohibited on trains, including the use of both regular cigarettes and electronic smoking devices.
6. Unnecessary Use of the Emergency Brakes is Prohibited
Unjustified use of the emergency brake is strictly prohibited. This may disrupt the train's schedule, create inconvenience for other passengers, and result in administrative liability.
7. Carrying Prohibited Substances
Carrying narcotics, explosives, or sharp objects is strictly prohibited. Passengers found to be in violation will be referred to law enforcement.
8. Aggression or Creation of Conflict
Any form of physical or psychological violence, including verbal abuse, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the passenger being removed from the train at the next station. 9. Exiting a moving train
Such actions are extremely dangerous to life and health and constitute a violation of the rules. We remind you that you may only exit the train at stations and only through designated doors.
10. Littering a Carriage or Damaging Property
Vandalism, littering cars, and damaging the property of JSC Passenger Transportation are strictly prohibited and may result in the passenger being removed from the route.
11. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol consumption is prohibited in all train cars, with the exception of dining cars, where it is permitted under the current rules. Violating this prohibition may result in administrative liability and disembarkation at the nearest station.
These requirements are established in accordance with the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo Baggage by Rail. JSC Passenger Transportation asks all passengers to strictly adhere to these rules. Safety and comfort on the train are the shared responsibility of each passenger.
