Over 17,000 railway workers have completed advanced training

In the first half of 2026, over 17,000 employees of NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC completed training and advanced courses at the company's training centers.

Workforce development is carried out at specialized facilities in Astana, Pavlodar, Taraz, Karaganda, and Aktobe, covering key areas of the railway industry's operations.

Annual personnel development programs cover more than 60,000 employees. Special attention is given to training operational staff—including locomotive drivers, track workers, and transportation specialists—whose qualifications directly impact train safety and transport stability. Personnel development includes building professional, personal, business, and managerial competencies required for career growth and advanced training.

Systematic workforce training ensures the sustainability of operational processes and the reliable performance of the country's railway infrastructure.
