Operational Headquarters established to coordinate and accelerate railway station modernization

An operational headquarters has been established at Kazakhstan Temir Zholy to coordinate and accelerate the modernization of railway stations. It includes representatives from local executive bodies, technical and architectural supervision teams, contracting organizations, and specialized divisions of the company.

The modernization of more than 120 railway stations continues across Kazakhstan. Some of the facilities are already entering the final stage. For instance, construction work is nearing completion at 20 stations in five regions of the country. The operational headquarters will help remove administrative barriers, speed up acceptance and delivery approval procedures, and ensure the timely resolution of all organizational issues to commission the facilities.
