A train driver prevented a collision with a car on the Kokshetau – Dzhamantuz section

On August 27, at 17:44, at a railway crossing on the Kokshetau – Dzhamantuz section, the driver of a freight train applied emergency braking at a speed of 60 km/h due to a passenger car driving onto the railway tracks.

Thanks to the professional actions of the locomotive crew, the collision was successfully prevented. The driver of the car fled the scene. Information about the incident has been forwarded to law enforcement agencies.
