"passenger transportation" jsc reminds that a special online service is available on the website bilet.railways.kz to obtain a duplicate boarding pass.

to recover a boarding pass, you need to:

• go to the website bilet.railways.kz;
• in the "for passengers" section, select the "boarding pass" service;
• specify the ticket number or the details of the document used when booking the trip;
• pass the verification and download the boarding pass in electronic format.
   

the received document can be saved to a mobile device, sent to an email, or printed if necessary.

in addition, a boarding pass can be obtained directly on the train by asking the conductor during the trip, or it can be recovered at ticket offices. to do this, the passenger needs to provide the electronic ticket number, departure date, and boarding station.

it should be noted that a boarding pass is generated only after the trip has been completed. if a passenger did not take the trip, it is impossible to get a boarding pass for an unused ticket.
