A large-scale summer health campaign for the children of railway industry workers has concluded in Kazakhstan. Throughout the entire summer, JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" provided an engaging and fulfilling holiday experience for more than 8,000 children aged 7 to 13 inclusive, representing all regions of the country.

The primary goal of this annual social initiative is to demonstrate genuine care for the families of the company's employees, ensuring maximum comfort, safety, and health improvement for the younger generation.

Kazakhstan's leading children's health centers opened their doors to the young guests. The geographical scope of the holidays covered the country's unique resort and natural areas, including the Burabay (Borovoye) Resort, Zerenda, the Shalkar-Imantau resort zone, the Caspian coast (Mangystau), as well as the Turkistan, Aktobe, Zhambyl, Almaty, Kostanay, and East Kazakhstan regions.

When organizing the season, special attention was paid to three key pillars:  - Comfort: accommodation in modern, well-equipped buildings with all the necessary infrastructure. - Health: a balanced five-meals-a-day plan, regular sports activities, and outdoor health procedures. - Safety (a core priority): 24/7 security of the premises, continuous medical supervision, and a qualified teaching and counseling staff.

According to the children themselves, the summer camp served as an incentive for their personal development. The program for each session was carefully designed to unlock the potential of every child. Over the three summer months, the children participated in dozens of intellectual games, educational quests, creative masterclasses, as well as sports tournaments, relay races, and swimming lessons.

The implementation of such a large-scale health campaign reinforces KTZ's status as a socially responsible employer that invests in the well-being of its employees and the future of their children.
