The mainline of the future: KTZ and RZD youth open new horizons

Chelyabinsk (RF) hosted the Youth Forum of the South Urals Railway, titled "The Mainline of the Future: Together Towards New Heights." This large-scale event brought together young leaders from the railway industry, serving as a platform to strengthen international cooperation, exchange experience, and develop corporate culture.

The forum's program was highly intensive, ranging from serious business discussions to sports teambuilding. Special attention was drawn to the creative block, where delegates presented the work of regional Youth Councils.

Nurasyl Zhubanov, a young activist from JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" and a train dispatcher at the Aktobe regional train traffic control center (RCUP-1) of the Western Region under the KTZ branch "Transportation Process Directorate," presented his corporate projects and specialist development programs. He also showcased a motivational video about the life of the company's youth wing.

According to him, participating in a forum of this level opens up new horizons for young railway workers.
