Kyzylzhar – Saksaulskaya Section Modernization: Progress Ahead of Schedule

On the Kyzylzhar – Saksaulskaya railway section (total length 712 km), the next launch of the microprocessor-based automatic block system has been successfully completed on four sections between Mynbala and Koskol stations (157 km). To date, the total length of upgraded sections has reached 505 km.

By the end of March 2026, another 128 km of track will be equipped with the digital system as part of the automatic block system construction project on the Kyzylzhar – Saksaulskaya railway section.

The implementation of microprocessor technologies is a priority area of ​​the Company's Infrastructure Modernization Program. The transition to digital automatic block systems not only significantly improves transportation safety but also significantly increases the capacity and traffic volume of trains on this section.
