KTZ supported talented children of workers ahead of Children's Defense Day

As part of the social policy of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" and on the initiative of Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board, a series of events aimed at supporting the children of KTZ group employees was implemented ahead of International Children's Day.

Specifically, 100 gifted children from large families of the Company’s employees living at remote stations were recognized with letters of appreciation and valuable gifts. The presents included bicycles, Lego building sets, and other educational kits designed to foster children's intellectual and creative development, as well as encourage active recreation.

Since May 23 of this year, line managers across the country, on behalf of the Company's management, have been congratulating operational personnel on the outstanding achievements of their children in academics, sports, arts, and community service.

In addition, the Company organized a children's video contest and an essay competition themed "The Railway Through the Eyes of Children." These initiatives aim to develop the creative potential of the younger generation, popularize professions in the railway industry, and strengthen the succession of generations.

The ongoing activities are designed to support talented children, increase their motivation for learning and development, and strengthen corporate values, social responsibility, and support for the families of KTZ group employees.
