KTZ has installed 80 modular buildings for mainline network workers

In 2026, 80 modular buildings were installed within the structural units of the Mainline Network Directorate, a branch of JSC NC KTZ, as part of a comprehensive program to improve sanitary and living conditions for employees.

A total of four types of such buildings are provided. This year, for the first time, a type-four modular building was deployed—a timekeeper's office (tabelnaya) designed for organizing crew workflow and providing short-term rest for employees directly at production sites.

The area of such a building is 106 square meters. It features a timekeeper's room, a rest room for two people, a dining area, a locker room, a shower, a restroom, and a facility for drying workwear and footwear.

To ensure comfortable working and resting conditions at any time of the year, the building is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning systems. It is also fitted with a drinking water filtration system, furniture, household appliances, fire and burglar alarms, and video surveillance.

The implementation of measures for the supply of modular buildings contributes to the consistent improvement of employees' sanitary and living conditions, the provision of the necessary infrastructure, and the creation of conditions for organizing the production process.
