KTZ honored women railway workers

On the eve of International Women's Day, JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy held a ceremony honoring the women of the railway's many thousands of employees. The festive program was filled with an atmosphere of spring warmth and sincere appreciation: official congratulations were harmoniously complemented by a vibrant creative concert and the traditional presentation of spring flowers.

A special gift for the women was a concert prepared by railway workers. Showcasing their talents in vibrant musical and artistic performances, they created a unique festive atmosphere and expressed deep admiration for the professionalism and charm of their colleagues.

Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management  Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, addressed the employees with warm words. The head of the company emphasized that women's energy and responsibility are the foundation of stability in the transport industry. At the ceremony, he presented awards to 15 outstanding female railway workers for exceptional work achievements. For their invaluable contribution to the industry's development, they were awarded the honorary awards "ІII darezhely Temirzhol danky", " Adal Enbegі ushin",  "Kasibi boiyinsha uzdik" and "Uzdik" badges, and certificates of honor.

Today, the female face of Kazakhstan's railways is an impressive force of 26,000 professionals, with more than 2,500 women successfully holding leadership positions. The company is actively investing in the future, building new intellectual capital: 38 of the 170 members of KTZ's youth talent pool are talented women.

Today, KTZ women successfully realize their potential in a wide range of railway professions: from responsible train management and infrastructure maintenance to strategic planning and the implementation of sophisticated digital technologies.
