KTZ Held a Career Fair for ALT University Students

A career fair organized by KTZ took place in Almaty at the ALT University named after M. Tynyshpayev.

The event was attended by fourth-year graduating students of the university studying in such fields as "Rolling Stock Engineering," "Electric Power Engineering," "Automation and Control," "Radio Engineering, Electronics, and Telecommunications," "Transportation Organization," "Logistics," and other disciplines.

KTZ representatives spoke about open vacancies, candidate requirements, and professional development opportunities. Students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about promising career paths within the company.

The fair was held as part of KTZ's career guidance initiatives aimed at attracting young specialists to the railway industry. The company places special emphasis on workforce training and building a professional talent pool from among the graduates of specialized educational institutions.
