KTZ discussed implementation of the "Law and Order" concept in freight transportation

KTZ – Freight Transportation LLP held a meeting to discuss issues of legal compliance, safety, and cargo security as part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" concept.

The event was attended by representatives of the Department of Judicial Administration for the City of Astana, the Chief Transport Prosecutor's Office, as well as the central office and branches of KTZ – Freight Transportation LLP.

Yeldos Zhumaksanov, Head of the Department of Judicial Administration for Astana, presented judicial practices regarding disputes in the field of rail freight transportation. Special attention was paid to the application of labor legislation, occupational health, and industrial safety.

Alan Almukhanbetov, Director of the Legal Support Department at KTZ – Freight Transportation LLP, spoke about the partnership's efforts to prevent offenses and raise the legal culture among employees. The participants also discussed cooperation with law enforcement and judicial authorities, as well as crime prevention.

It was noted that transportation processes are being digitized to increase transparency and mitigate the risks of offenses. The share of electronic documentation in domestic traffic has reached 99.7%. Electronic data interchange with the railway administrations of neighboring countries continues to develop.

Following the meeting, further measures were identified to strengthen the rule of law, enhance safety, and develop digital solutions in freight transportation.
