KTZ Chairman of the Management Board reviewed the progress of the Atyrau railway station modernization

Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC, reviewed the progress of the modernization of the Atyrau railway station.

The reconstruction of the facility is being carried out as part of the instructions of the Head of State and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to develop transport infrastructure. It is aimed at improving the quality of passenger service, ensuring safety, and creating comfortable conditions for visitors.

During the inspection of the facility, the KTZ head criticized the organization of construction works, noting the lack of occupational health and safety measures during construction operations, an insufficient number of construction workers, and a lack of control over subcontractors' work.

Talgat Aldybergenov instructed to eliminate the identified deficiencies as soon as possible, increase the number of deployed workers and equipment, ensure strict compliance with safety requirements, and accelerate the execution of construction and installation works.

The execution of these instructions has been placed under special control.
