KTZ and Woosong: International Standards in Action

NC KTZ JSC and Woosong University (WSU), South Korea, are strengthening their strategic partnership. During the WSU delegation's visit, the parties exchanged information on the company's specialist training system. The program focused on demonstrating the company's technological capabilities. University representatives visited the Talgo passenger car maintenance facility, the Track Diagnostics Center, and the Center for Railway Worker Assessment and Development, where they learned about modern track quality control standards, technical support, and personnel training.

Particular attention was paid to the continuity of generations: direct dialogue between WSU students and graduates of the master's program, who are pursuing careers at KTZ, clearly confirmed the continued relevance of joint educational programs. The company views its partnership with Woosong as an investment in the industry's intellectual capital, providing opportunities for railway workers who have demonstrated success in the company's various training programs and projects to undergo training and gain experience at international educational institutions.

Currently, KTZ is developing partnerships with 48 educational institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad, creating a professional education ecosystem.
