Information regarding the complaint regarding the condition of the women's carriage on the Nurly Zhol - Semey train, dated March 10

Passenger Transportation JSC reports that passenger train No. 353/354 on the Nurly Zhol - Semey route operates every other day, departing from Nurly Zhol station on odd days and from Semey on even days.

The train consists of nine carriages, including four compartment carriages and five reserved seats.

The women's passenger carriage is numbered No. 3.

This carriage was temporarily included in the train; it was built in 1993; all scheduled repairs were completed on time.

As part of the rolling stock upgrade at JSC Passenger Transportation, new 61-45 series carriages manufactured by Ziskto LLC in Petropavlovsk were received.

The train has been completely updated with new carriages and will be serviced: five compartment carriages built in 2025, three compartment carriages built in 2026, and one staff carriage built in 2014.

In connection with this, a new women's carriage with serial number 18777 will be serviced starting March 17th.
