Friendship Alley – a symbol of railway workers' unity

As part of the XL anniversary meeting of the General Directors' Conference of the Organization for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD), a ceremonial environmental event was held – planting 30 saplings on the "OSJD Railway Friendship Alley."

During the event, heads of delegations and honored guests planted tree saplings as a sign of strengthening partnership, trust, and long-term cooperation between railway administrations.

The event was held in support of the national environmental initiative "Taza Kazakhstan" and contributed to the greening of the capital, reflecting the commitment to creating a more comfortable and environmentally sustainable urban environment.

The "OSJD Railway Friendship Alley" is located on the grounds of the Railway Workers' Square, which the national company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” gifted to residents and guests of the capital on Transport Workers' Day in 2023.
