Dialogue on the Future of the Country

A meeting between the company's management and work collective, members of the capital's headquarters of the National Coalition "For the People's Constitution of a Just and Progressive Kazakhstan!", members of Parliament, and public figures, was held at the headquarters of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy.

Representatives from all regions, branches, and divisions of KTZ also participated in the online event via video conferencing.

The event was attended by Yerlan Kanalimov, Head of the Astana Coalition Headquarters; Mukhammed Bolysbek, Executive Secretary of the Astana City Branch of the AMANAT Party and Deputy Head of the Coalition Headquarters; Andrey Lukin, Member of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Snezhanna Imasheva, Member of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Dias Kozhaev, Chief Consultant of the Senate Office; Yerkebulan Kulbasov, public activist; and Sanira Zhusupova, Head of the Yesil District Coalition Headquarters.

The main goal of the meeting was to explain the key provisions of the updated Constitution and discuss the significance of the upcoming national referendum.

Talgat Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, emphasized that the upcoming national referendum on March 15, 2026, will be a historic choice for the country's development vector, ensuring stability and strengthening social guarantees for every railway worker.

The meeting participants discussed in detail the essence of the proposed amendments, which are aimed at building a just and progressive society and strengthening democratic institutions in the country.

The speakers noted that constitutional reform is an important step in Kazakhstan's political modernization and requires the informed participation of every citizen. During the meeting, the railway workers received comprehensive information on how the changes to the Basic Law will impact social protection for citizens and the country's legal system.
