Corporate HSE Olympiad held at JSC "NC "KTZ"

The Olympiad became a platform for professional communication, exchange of experience, and demonstration of knowledge in the field of occupational health and industrial safety. Its main goal is to identify the best HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) specialists, enhance their professional skills, develop a culture of occupational safety, and disseminate best practices.

The participants had to pass through three stages: testing, solving situational problems, and a blitz survey. This format made it possible to evaluate not only the level of theoretical knowledge but also the specialists' ability to apply it in practice, quickly analyze situations, and make decisions in the field of labor safety.

Based on the results of the three stages, the best results were demonstrated by:

1st place - Amangeldi Makzymberdiyev, Head of the Occupational Health, Safety, Industrial Safety, and Environment Department of the Mangystau Mainline Network Branch.

2nd place - Sergey Tarasov, Head of the Industrial Safety and Environment Sector of the Kostanay Operational Wagon Depot.

3rd place - Alikhan Balabek, Leading Occupational Health and Safety Engineer of the Shymkent Mainline Network Branch.

Each participant demonstrated a high level of professional training, responsibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
