The composition of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC has been changed

By decision of the Sole Shareholder of NC KTZ JSC dated September 25, 2026, the powers of Mr. Aidar Ryskulov as Chairman of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC were early terminated. At the same time, Mr. A.K. Ryskulov continues to work as a member of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC.

Simultaneously, Dr. Alexander Andreas Schierhuber, an independent director who has been a member of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC since 2023, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC.

By the same decision, Ms. Saya Mynsharipova was elected as an independent director and member of the Board of Directors of NC KTZ JSC.
