The composition of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KTZ has been changed

By decision of the Sole Shareholder of JSC NC KTZ dated August 13, 2026, the powers of Rakhmetolla Kudaibergenov, a member of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KTZ, the Sole Shareholder's representative, were terminated early.

By the same decision, Saltanat Satzhan was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of JSC NC KTZ, the Sole Shareholder's representative.
