Almaty region summarizes results of spring railway infrastructure inspection

A follow-up quality inspection of the spring review of railway infrastructure facilities and assets has been completed at the Almaty Mainline Network Branch. The inspection was chaired by Marat Shakenov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KTZ.

During the inspection, the condition of the railway track, engineering structures, signaling, interlocking, and interlocking (CBI) systems, as well as the readiness of the facilities for operation in the summer period, was assessed.

Particular attention was paid to train movement safety, occupational health, and industrial safety.

Following the results of the inspection, tasks were set to strengthen control over the technical condition of the infrastructure during the summer period, upgrade employee qualifications, and conduct technical training.
