Akmola freight transportation branch wins "Uzdik temirzhol uzhymy" competition

The Akmola branch of LLP "KTZ-Freight Transportation" provides freight and passenger transportation across three regions of Northern Kazakhstan. The railway workers transport grain, coal, metals, and construction materials. The branch accounts for about half of the country's rail grain transportation.

Routes connecting Kazakhstan with Russia and other regions of the country pass through the area. The branch services over 1.5 thousand kilometers of main tracks. Operations are supported by the Zhanaesil, Kurort-Borovoye, and Astana locomotive depots, as well as the Kokshetau and Atbasar turnaround depots.

Representatives of the Nurtazin, Galimzhanov, Kairzhanov, and Napisov railway dynasties work at the branch. They pass on their experience to young specialists and preserve the traditions of the industry.
