540 passengers were transported by KTZ trains due to road closures in the Aktobe region

Due to adverse weather conditions and the temporary closure of roads on the Kandyagash-Aktobe section, 540 passengers were quickly transported by KTZ trains.

Transportation was organized from the following stations in the region:

• From Kandyagash station - 139 passengers on train № 613 "Mangistau-Oral" to Aktobe station;

• From Alga station - 122 passengers:

• 50 passengers on train № 613 "Mangistau-Oral" to Aktobe station;

• 72 passengers on train № 109 "Mangistau-Aktobe" to Aktobe station;

• 279 passengers traveled from Aktobe station on train № 110 "Aktobe - Mangistau" to Bestamak, Alga, Tamdy, Kandyagash, and Shubarkudyk stations.

To increase capacity, train № 110/109 "Aktobe - Mangistau" was supplemented with a reserved seat car.

In difficult weather conditions, rail transport remains one of the most reliable and safest modes of travel. The national carrier continues to take necessary measures to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
