Talgo Astana-Zhezkazgan Train Launches with Extension to Kyzylorda

Starting December 14, Passenger Transportation JSC will extend the Talgo #65/66 Astana-Zhezkazgan train route to Kyzylorda, connecting the central and southern regions of Kazakhstan. The Astana-Kyzylorda train will operate every other day. This route will carry over 400 passengers.

The new route will utilize Talgo's comfortable carriages. Special seats are available for passengers with disabilities at a discount of up to 50%.

The route extension will reduce travel time by seven hours compared to standard trains, ensure reliable service between major regions of the country, and improve passenger comfort during the winter.
