Railway workers took part in the republican command and staff exercises "Ort-2025"

The two-day command and staff exercises "Ort-2025" were held in all regions of the country. The republican operational headquarters was deployed on the territory of the Maikaragai forestry "Yertis ormany" in the Pavlodar region. Employees of KTZ took part in the exercises.

KTZ has a proven algorithm of actions to prevent and eliminate emergency situations. Headquarters and emergency rescue teams have been created in the regions to ensure the smooth and safe operation of railway transport.

The KTZ warning system ensures timely notification of personnel and government agencies about emergency situations at railway infrastructure facilities.

The company is armed with 47 fire trains and 4 fire posts. All formations are staffed with personnel, fire-fighting equipment, inventory, special equipment and fire-fighting equipment.

In addition, 37 recovery trains and specialized equipment have been prepared - railcars, cranes on a railway track, motor-tractor equipment, motor pumps.

In all branches of KTZ - "Backbone Network Department" - the necessary supply of fuel and lubricants has been provided. Technical training is conducted with locomotive crews to practice actions in case of fires.

A working park has been prepared for the evacuation of the population from emergency zones, delivery of building materials, food products and special equipment.

For a prompt response to natural fires, constant communication with regional fire services has been established, round-the-clock duty of responsible persons has been organized, and additional rounds and detours are carried out to monitor the situation and prevent fires.
