Passengers now can track train movements online

Passenger Transportation JSC has launched a new digital service – “Online Train Movement Board”. Now passengers can receive up-to-date information on train movements, their arrivals and departures in real time.

The service was developed as part of the creation of the Situation Center of Passenger Transportation JSC, which provides continuous monitoring of the train situation. Data from GPS trackers installed on passenger trains is automatically transmitted to the center, where round-the-clock monitoring is conducted.

This allows you to determine the current location of trains with high accuracy and promptly update information on their schedule. At the same time, access to the service is open to all users and is presented on the official website bilet.railways.kz.

How to use the new service

To obtain information on train movements, you must:

1. Go to the website https://bilet.railways.kz.

2. Click on the banner "Online train board".

3. Select the desired train on the map.

4. You can also use this service on the website https://tablo-railways.kz/ru/.

The "Online train board" service allows passengers to track the movement of trains in real time, where the train is displayed on the map in red, check the arrival and departure schedule at the selected station, monitor possible changes in the train schedule, and view the list of stations, stop times and estimated arrival times at the final station.
In addition, additional services are available on the tablo-railways.kz website, such as purchasing tickets, receiving a boarding pass, returning a seat on claim, viewing the train schedule, and a baggage cost calculator.
