Over 70 thousand cubic meters of snow have been removed from the station tracks of the Aktobe branch since the beginning of winter

There is an increased amount of precipitation in some regions of the country.The railway workers are taking measures to pass spring flood waters. Since the beginning of winter, the Aktobe branch of the main network has been clearing the railway tracks of snow.

The branch has 58 units of snow removal equipment at its disposal, which allows for the rapid elimination of the consequences of snowfalls and ensuring the smooth movement of trains. Since the beginning of winter, 73,162 cubic meters of snow have already been removed from the station tracks. Every day, up to 370 track section workers go out to clear the switches. Railway workers continue to work around the clock to ensure the safety and smooth movement of traffic on the main line.
